You tell us what you're thinking — a new build, a bumped-out kitchen, a deck. We visit the site, look at what you've got, and listen more than we talk.

Estimate
Inside a week you get a written estimate with a clear breakdown — materials, labour, timeline. No vague numbers, no surprises at the end.

Build
Same crew shows up every day. We keep the site clean, we text you photos as we go, and we tell you right away if something changes.

Walkthrough
Before we leave for good, we walk it with you. Punch-list anything you notice. We don't call a job done until you agree it's done.

The guy behind
Dammad Construction.
Darien has been framing houses in and around Barrie for 6 years. He started Dammad Construction in 2020 because he got tired of watching other crews cut corners on work they knew was going to get covered up.
If you meet him on a job site, he’s the one double-checking a stud that’s already straight. That’s the whole pitch — you get someone who cares about the parts you’ll never see, so the parts you will see stay true.
And yes, the ape is his. He bought it back in 2021 and it’s been the Dammad Construction mascot ever since.
